Project inquiries
When inquiry delivery is connected, we request your name, email, service interest and business challenge. Company, investment range and additional details are optional. We use this information to assess fit, respond to the inquiry and manage the potential engagement. It is not submitted through the custom form while delivery is unavailable.
Delivery and storage
When email delivery is enabled, FormSubmit processes your enquiry details and forwards them to DAVLOU’s receiving inbox. This includes your name, email, company, service interest, business goal, optional budget and details, and consent. FormSubmit’s privacy notice applies to its processing: https://formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf. When the form uses direct delivery, your browser sends the enquiry to FormSubmit and opens its spam-verification and confirmation pages. Complete that verification to finish sending. For other delivery modes, the website confirms submission only after the configured provider accepts it; neither mode guarantees inbox placement or a response time. If a separate delivery webhook is configured, it must acknowledge storage and notification before the website confirms submission. If a Tally form is configured instead, Tally processes the submission under its own privacy terms. Access to inquiry records should be limited to the people reviewing and managing the engagement.
External services
LinkedIn and Instagram links take you to those services. If enabled, Cal.com handles appointment details and time zones. Optional Crisp messaging is loaded only when you choose to open chat. Those providers have their own privacy practices.
Analytics and cookies
This implementation does not add an analytics tracker, advertising cookies or browser storage for project inquiries. Optional form, booking or messaging providers may use cookies as described in their notices.
Your information
Contact DAVLOU through the options on the project inquiry page to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have shared. Provider retention settings and operational access must be confirmed as part of integration setup.
